Shipping policy

What are my delivery options?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for UK next day delivery. For all Northern Ireland orders please allow 48hrs for delivery.

We do not ship to Jersey or Guernsey. No deliveries are made on Sunday.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs £3.95 per order. If you sign up to our loyalty programme delivery is free of charge. Please note: delivery charge is non-refundable.

What courier service do you use?

We use Royal Mail and DPD couriers. Please note: a signature is not required at this time for all deliveries.

Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?

Yes, you will receive an email from Dermalogica notifying you of your order being shipped.

How can I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your order confirmation.

Do I need to sign for my order?

No, Royal Mail and DPD will not require a signature when they deliver your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship goods outside the UK / Northern Ireland.

Do you ship to ROI?

Orders for the Republic of Ireland will need to be placed on our Dermalogica Ireland store.

Discrepancies with your order?

Please contact customer service, Monday Friday 09:00 - 5:00pm (excluding bank holidays), within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.
