What are my shipping options?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

What courier service do you use?
We use DPD couriers. Please note: a signature is required for all deliveries
UK Next day delivery if ordered Monday to Thursday before 3pm. For all Northern Ireland orders please allow 48hrs for delivery. No deliveries are made on Saturday-Sunday.
For the Republic of Ireland please allow 2-3 working days.

Christmas Season shipping information
To ensure your gifts arrive before December 25, place your order on or before the dates below:
Thursday, December 20th, 3pm GMT

Wednesday, December 19th, 3pm GMT

Please note that orders placed between December 24th and January 1st might experience some delays due to the holiday season

Yes, DPD will require a signature when they deliver your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship goods outside the UK / Ireland.

Do you ship to ROI?
Yes, our shipping covers the Republic of Ireland.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Orders are shipped in a brown recycled Dermalogica® branded cardboard box which is enclosed in a DPD bag.
