1. To participate in this competition, users must follow @dermalogicauk and @livingproofuk account on Instagram , like the giveaway post and comment the required emoji 
2. The draw closes on 22th July 2024 at 23.59pm. All comments must have been posted before this to be entered into the draw. 
3. This free prize draw is open to anyone excluding employees of Dermalogica and Living Proof (‘’The Promoters’’), or their affiliated companies, their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with this free prize draw and their immediate families. 
4. This free prize draw is open to residents of the UK only. The prize must be dispatched to a UK or Irish postal address. 
5. There will be one  winner selected at random after the competition deadline. Entries made after this point will not be counted. 
6. The winners will receive a selected range of skincare and haircare products from Dermalogica & Living Proof. There are no substitutes or cash alternatives to the prize offered. 
7. If you are drawn as a winner, you will need to provide your full name and postal address, for the sole purpose of sending the prize in the post. 
8. The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 5 working days of the closing date of the free prize draw referred to above.  
9. The winners will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner. 
10. The promoters will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt. 
11. By entering this free prize draw, you are agreeing to participate in publicity about the draw and you are giving Dermalogica UK the right to use, distribute and publicise your name/Instagram username freely in various media. The winner’s name and social media usernames may appear on our site, or on the Dermalogica social media channels. 
12. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. Dermalogica’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Review incentives terms & conditions

1. To participate in this prize draw, users must have purchased a product from Dermalogica.co.uk and have a published review on the Dermalogica.co.uk site.

2. The draw will run quarterly starting from 01 April

5. There will be x1 winner selected at random after the competition deadline at the end of every quarter, who have fulfilled the criteria in term and condition 1) above.

9. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, full name and postal address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner, for the sole purpose of sending the winner their prize in the post.
