What is DermaVerse 2026?
DermaVerse is a two-day immersive experience dedicated to professional skin therapists. Explore advanced skin therapy trends, discover cutting-edge microneedling innovations, and gain expert insights to grow your business.
Where will the event take place?
At the Johnstown Estate, a 4-star Georgian manor set in 120 acres of serene parkland, less than 40 minutes from Dublin Airport. Perfect for inspiration and connection.
How can I book my ticket?
Tickets are available through our dedicated booking area (via Shopify). Due to high demand, we recommend booking before 31st January to secure your spot.
Ticket Price: £395 / €465 (inclusive of 23% Irish VAT)
Note: Ticket price does not include accommodation.
Can my dietary requirements be accommodated?
While we are unable to accommodate all food intolerances or allergies, there will be a variety of options available for you to choose from. You can submit your dietary requirements when booking to help us plan accordingly.
Where should I stay during the event?
You can stay on-site at The Johnstown Estate or choose nearby hotels.
Can I choose who to share accommodation with?
Yes! You are responsible for booking your own accommodation and can decide where to stay and who to book with
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (applies to tickets bought before 31st Dec 2025). After the cooling-off period, tickets are non-refundable.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, substitutions are allowed if requested at least 30 days before the event via customerservice@dermalogica.co.uk
Can the program change?
The event program is subject to change; no refunds will be issued for alterations.
Terms & Conditions
Requests for ticket cancellations must be submitted in writing to customerservice@dermalogica.co.uk
Tickets can be cancelled within 14 days from the date the purchase is made for full reimbursement of funds. This is applicable on tickets purchased before 31st December 2025. Tickets are non-refundable after the end of the 14 day cooling off period when a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Reward Programs: Please note that ticket purchases do not contribute towards Grey Points or Click & Ship spend.
All tickets are non-transferable and may not be reassigned or used by any person other than the original ticket holder.
Event Program: The event program, including speakers, sessions, and activities, is subject to change at Dermalogica’s discretion. No refunds will be issued due to changes in the event program.
Code of Conduct: All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are expected to adhere to the event’s code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination, and any other inappropriate behaviour. Violation of the code of conduct may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
Liability: The event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by attendees during the event, including but not limited to lost or stolen belongings, personal injury, or illness.
Photography and Recording: By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Dermalogica reserves the right to use such materials without further consent or compensation.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
