Review incentives terms & conditions
1. To participate in this prize draw, users must have purchased a product from Dermalogica.co.uk and have a published review on the Dermalogica.co.uk site.
2. The draw will run quarterly starting from 01 April
3. This free prize draw is open to anyone excluding employees of Dermalogica (UK&IRE) Ltd (‘’The Promoter’’), or their affiliated companies, their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with this free prize draw and their immediate families.
4. This free prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only. The prize must be dispatched to a UK or Irish postal address.
5. There will be x1 winner selected at random after the competition deadline at the end of every quarter, who have fulfilled the criteria in term and condition 1) above.
6. Participation time frames:
Start 01/04 – End 30/06
Start 01/07 – End 30/09
Start 01/10 – End 31/12
7. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
8. The winner will receive £250 worth of Dermalogica products.
9. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, full name and postal address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner, for the sole purpose of sending the winner their prize in the post.
10. The winner will be notified via email of the free prize draw referred to above.
11. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
12. The promoters will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
13. By entering this free prize draw, you are agreeing to participate in publicity about the draw and you are giving Dermalogica UK&IRE the right to use, distribute and publicise your full name freely in various media. The winner’s name and usernames may appear on this blog, online, or on the Dermalogica social media channels.
14. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. Dermalogica’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
16. The promoters (Dermalogica UK&IRE Ltd) reserve the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
